Indemnity Claims Intervention:
Once contacted by the insured, regarding a lost time or indemnity reserve, Workers' Comp Solutions will intervene on behalf of the insured to get this claim closed, denied or handled as directed by the client.

Once requested by the insured, Workers' Comp Solutions will work closely with the insured's risk management division and management to facilitate the reduction of any costs associated with rehabilitation. Litigation Intervention and Management:
If it is determined that it is necessary to have an attorney represent the interests of our workers' compensation clients, Workers' Comp Solutions will aid in negotiations between a recommended law firm and its client to negotiate a cost effective contract for representation as specified by the client.

Safety and Drug or Controlled Substance Abuse Programs Available:
