Larry Hunt’s career in insurance began in the mid 80’s following fifteen years in the construction industry as a contractor.  He began his insurance career as an auditor for a private workers’ compensation auditing firm.  Within a few years was asked to join a large law firm as the workers’ compensation specialist.  Larry left the law firm after two years to accept a position with a national healthcare corporation to oversee their national self-insured programs.  In the late 90’s Larry established the workers’ compensation program for a large Reno, Nevada broker.  After the merger of  that broker  with an even  larger broker, Larry was invited to work with a well known Reno broker as their workers’ compensation program director.  In May of 2006 Larry started his own independent insurance agency, with a strong emphasis on workers’ compensation insurance, dedicated to customer service.
